Once a year, the entire team of educators goes on a training weekend where we intensively deal with topics such as Stress management in everyday life, new authority or non-violent communication deal with.

As a recognized internship placement, we enable you to combine your training with concrete pedagogical work, professional support, and valuable practical experience. We support your development reliably, cooperatively, and on an equal footing. We are also a cooperation partner of Akkon University and are happy to employ students from the university.

How can i apply?

Is there an application deadline?
We generally accept applications year-round. If a position needs to be filled by a specific date, you'll find the deadline in the job posting.
How does the application process work?
After receiving your application, we will review your documents and get back to you promptly. The next step is to invite you for a personal interview. In all cases, we also offer a day of internship to get to know each other.
Which documents are required?
Please send us a cover letter, your CV, and relevant supporting documents such as references or certificates. If you are applying for an apprenticeship or internship, a letter of motivation may be helpful.
Can I apply on my own initiative?
Yes, of course! Even if there isn't a suitable position advertised, we still welcome your application.
Can I also apply as a career changer?
Yes! If you don't have a traditional preschool education but do have educational experience, we would be happy to explore all options with our specialist supervisor for supplementary support and supervision. If you have other qualifications, completed degree programs, or other training, you are welcome to apply for a lateral entry position with the Senate Department for Education.
How long will it take until I receive a response?
We strive to process all applications promptly. You will typically receive a response within two weeks.
Is there an induction program for new employees?
Yes, new colleagues are warmly welcomed and receive the necessary support for a good start. We continue to work on the onboarding process to make the start even more valuable.
Is an extended criminal record required?
Yes, an extended police clearance certificate is required to work with children. If you don't already have one, we can help you apply.
